Did I miss something? When did Harley-Davidson team up with Scion?

They sure did.

After I sent you that comment I started looking for V12 Lambos with a stick within 500 miles of me.

Look at this beauty:

http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-sale/…

Not a terrible price for the mileage.

Imagine if these fall to $100K. That would be the best use of $100K that I could think of.

Man, talk about gas mileage. Geeezzzz. These are the 6.2l Murcie, I think they sound amazing, lots of pops and crackles!

If these fall below 100k, I will have to figure out a way to nab one of these. Maybe me and my dad can co-own the car. That would be awesome!

They do sound so good!

Yeah Lambo can't into gas mileage...

That would be awesome if you co-owned one with your Dad. Be cautious though. I tried that with my Dad and the F430. But he kept my half of the down payment and the car :P

Hopefully that won't happen. I don't think it should, my dad is not big into taking care of cars, so basically I will be left with fixing it, and thus it will be stuck with me. Hehehe

Haha it's the opposite with me. My dad is a good mechanic so he maintains it. And once he started driving it he didn't want to share it so he makes the monthly payments and doesn't get any money from me for any costs.

The cool thing is I get to drive it sometimes. And I later borrowed way more than I gave him so technically I haven't paid anything towards the car. I think I'm gonna just stop paying him back once the remaining balance is about how much I gave him for the car...

Hey! A Ferrari drive is a Ferrari drive! Plus you don't have to pay for costs, I see no problems here!

It is pretty cool! It's just kind of a tease.

Sunday drives are fun but what I really like is using cars to actually do stuff with. I would totally get groceries in that car if it was mine. I'm always babying it when I'm around it because he freaks out about the tiniest scratch.

But the big problem is that we got this car two years ago before I was on Oppo or talked to you. So I didn't know that the gated shifter was a million times cooler than F1. Most the used cars for sale are F1 so the only one I got to test drive before he bought it was F1. It seemed nifty to me at the time. Now all I do is with it had the stick...

I wouldn't be too sad! You have the ability to drive a Ferrari! That is amazing in itself. Although, a gate would have been nice. Are you planning on buying an older one at any point? I know you have discussed the 355 a lot.

It is pretty cool! It's just a real bummer when the transmission starts chirping or worse yet strands you! It's forced my Dad to pull over and park it twice. And he refuses to pay for a flatbed so I have to go get the pickup and trailer from work. Getting it on the trailer is a BITCH. Last time we did it we made a mistake and scraped the bottom. He spends a lot of money on cars and car parts but refuses to pay anyone for assistance unless he absolutely has to. Old school mentality...

I dunno what I'm going to do next. The responsible thing to do would be to sell two cars and buy something like a 355 or 360 so I don't have to use a ton of financing. But I'm the opposite of responsible. I'm tempted to sell just one car and get a big loan for something crazy. That would have been impossible a year ago when I bought my new house but I've paid down some of my debt and could possibly make it work. I struggle with the decision daily...

I met someone on FChat who has a 599 with the gated shifter. One of 33 in the US. He is thinking of selling and has not told anyone but me of this. He'll sell it to me if I can find a way to make it happen.

I really want a spider but is a stick shift 599 just too rare and awesome to pass up on? It has the HGTE package and is a good color combo (unlike another stick shift 599 that may still be on eBay that has a color combo that I really don't care for).
